I'm Alina, the proud founder of both Max Relax and Wellington companies. I'm writing to express my profound gratitude and deep emotions.

For me, it’s a dream come true, that felt like a distant fantasy 18 years ago, when I founded Max Relax. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity of attending various congresses and conferences, particularly in the USA. These experiences, initially like glimpses into the future, have inspired me to transform inovative ideas into practical services and concepts. Today, I’m thrilled to bring global experts to Romania for the first edition of Workplace Metamorphosis Conference.

Reaching this milestone fills me with satisfaction, and I owe huge thanks to my dedicated team, whose passion for wellbeing has been our driving force. I also want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our clients and partners for their trust and support!

Back in 2006, as a visionary entrepreneur with a deep passion for health and wellness, Alina founded Max Relax. This venture introduced the pioneering On-Site Chair Massage service to Romania's corporate sector. Following this, she launched Wellington, a Corporate Wellness company offering a wide array of services including workshops, seminars, wellbeing events, and advanced digital solutions like a SAAS wellbeing platform and a mobile app. Wellington & Max Relax have an impressive client portfolio, with over 500 organizations adopting our comprehensive wellbeing solutions.

As an alumna of the Asebuss Business School Executive MBA program and with a major in Physical Therapy from The National University of Physical Education and Sports, Alina has a rich academic background. Her path is further highlighted by her earlier career as a professional badminton player, participating in numerous national and international competitions. With multiple junior national championships, a victory at the Balkan Championship, and a win at the international competition in Port Dieppe, France, her journey is a testimony of the fact that passion for sport successfully combines with entrepreneurship in the corporate wellbeing industry.
